William Pradeleix has been a globe cooker for the past few years, working for big hotel chains like St Régis is Bora-Bora for Jean George Vongerich and at the Connaught with Hélène Darroze.
Last year he did a stint at the concept restaurant called Manger where he had to cook dishes created by famous chef like Pierre Gagnaire, Yannick Alléno, Akrame, etc…
It’s like a talented painter who’s forced to paint Picasso or Matisse every single day.
Now he has a restaurant aptly named Will where he could express himself with no hold barred
The lunch menu is pretty good considering the 19 euros price that is included two small portions of entrées and the main dish, or the main dish with the dessert. We found the entrées were very small but delicious and tasty. If you want to try a full menu, it will cost you 45 euros.
We’ll do that next time at the dinner to fully appreciate Will’s talent; in the meantime, we rediscovered his first steps in his own restaurant.
